My Approach
I created Women’s ADHD Wellness to help women diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood to appreciate themselves more fully. After years of feeling misunderstood by themselves and others, women with ADHD often have difficulty embracing their many strengths. In an intimate group setting with women who have faced similar challenges, members support each other in gaining a higher level of clarity, hope, and self-acceptance.

What to expect
Each week, members examine deeply held attitudes and beliefs which frequently contribute to feelings of low self-worth, inadequacy, and shame. As members become more fully aware of these negative core beliefs, they are then able to shift towards creating a more fulfilling life by appreciating and embodying their true selves.

Explore and connect
Each group is purposefully small. This personal approach allows for a meaningful exploration and discussion of topics and fosters an authentic connection between members. Over the course of five weeks, each member shares her lived experience and receives support, encouragement, and inspiration from the group.
