I am so glad that you are here
IT’S SO NICE TO VIRTUALLY MEET YOU!

Hello and welcome
My name is Jodie, and my own ADHD journey inspired me to create Women’s ADHD Wellness.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 40, I quickly realized that there were few spaces dedicated to supporting women. As a Master of Social Work Candidate, I decided to combine my clinical training, years of intensive research, and my own personal healing journey to develop a group curriculum specifically for women diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood .
I genuinely believe in the healing power of learning, looking inward, and sharing our stories with each other in a caring and supportive community.
